What about my pets?
We love pets, and we’ll treat them with the same care and respect as our own. Any special instructions you provide will be noted on your work order, so your cleaning technician will be aware of your preferences and know how to care for your pets while cleaning your home.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated if you’re happy with the service. You can tip after each cleaning or add it to your payment. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaning technician.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes. The initial cleaning may take longer than subsequent visits because our team takes the time to thoroughly clean your space and bring it up to our high cleaning standards. It also allows us to understand your home’s unique cleaning needs and provide more consistent service during future visits.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. You can provide access through a key, smart lock, or another secure method. We handle all access information carefully and keep it secure.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We do our best to send the same cleaning technician for every visit, but we can’t guarantee it due to scheduling and availability. If a different technician is assigned, they’ll have your cleaning preferences and instructions to ensure consistent service.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. Once your cleaning has been completed, we will charge the credit card you have on file for the agreed service amount.
How much does kitchen deep cleaning cost in Dubai?
Kitchen deep cleaning in Dubai typically starts from AED 249 for a studio kitchenette, AED 349 for a 1-bedroom apartment kitchen, and AED 799 for a large villa kitchen. Commercial restaurant kitchens are quoted after a site survey, starting from AED 1,500. Final pricing depends on kitchen size, grease severity and how long it has been since the last deep clean.
How long does a kitchen deep clean take?
Most apartment kitchens take 3 to 5 hours with one or two technicians. Large villa kitchens typically take 6 to 8 hours with a team of two to three. Heavily carbonized ovens or kitchens that have never been deep cleaned can add one to two hours.
What is the difference between regular kitchen cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers visible surfaces countertops, hob tops and sinks. Deep cleaning dismantles and treats the hidden areas: extractor grease filters are removed and soaked, oven interiors and door glass are degreased, cabinet interiors and tops are cleaned, grout is scrubbed, drains are cleared, and every food contact surface is sanitized.
How often should a commercial kitchen exhaust hood and duct be cleaned in Dubai?
High-volume frying operations should have hoods, filters and ducts cleaned every one to three months. Moderate-volume restaurants and hotel kitchens need service every three to six months, while cafés, bakeries and office pantries generally require cleaning every six to twelve months. Grease accumulation in ductwork is a leading cause of commercial kitchen fires, so intervals should be based on actual cooking volume.
Do you provide a cleaning certificate for restaurant inspections
Yes. Every commercial kitchen hood, exhaust and duct cleaning job concludes with a photographic before-and-after report and a formal cleaning certificate, which you can present to inspectors, insurers or your landlord as evidence of maintenance.
Are your cleaning chemicals safe for food preparation areas?
Yes. We use food-safe, low odor degreasers and sanitizers approved for use in food preparation environments, supported by high-temperature steam cleaning. All food-contact surfaces are rinsed and sanitized before the job is signed off.
Will deep cleaning damage my marble countertop or wooden cabinets?
No. Our technicians identify surface materials before selecting products. Marble and natural stone are treated with pH-neutral solutions only, since acidic descales can etch stone permanently. Lacquered, high-gloss and wood-veneer cabinets are cleaned with soft microfiber and non-abrasive agents to prevent micro-scratching.
Do I need to be at home during the kitchen deep cleaning?
You do not need to stay for the full duration, but we recommend being present at the start so the supervisor can confirm the scope, and at the end for the final walkthrough and sign-off. Many clients leave a key with building security or reception.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes. Oven interiors, racks and door glass are degreased as standard, and refrigerator interiors, shelves, drawers and door seals are cleaned and sanitized. Heavily carbonized oven restoration and full freezer defrosting are available as add owns.
Can you clean a restaurant kitchen at night so we do not lose trading hours?
Yes. We operate overnight and pre-opening shifts across Dubai specifically so commercial kitchens are cleaned during closed hours and fully operational before service resumes.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We cover all of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, JVC, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Midriff, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, Discovery Gardens and Silicon Oasis. Commercial hood and duct cleaning is available Dubai-wide.
Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning materials?
Yes. Our teams arrive with all required equipment including steam cleaners, soaking tanks, professional degreasers, sanitizers and microfiber systems. You do not need to provide anything.
