What about my pets?
We love pets, and we’ll treat them with the same care and respect as our own. Any special instructions you provide will be noted on your work order, so your cleaning technician will be aware of your preferences and know how to care for your pets while cleaning your home.
Who does Clany Eco hire to clean my home?
We only choose the best. Our cleaning technicians are experienced, trained, careful, reliable, and honest professionals. We closely monitor our team’s performance and expect every employee to take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent service.
Our average employee tenure is three to six years, and some team members have been with us for 10 years or more. We are proud of the positive workplace culture we have built, and our employees are proud to be part of our team. This commitment to our staff helps set us apart from other cleaning companies and allows our clients to benefit from our low employee turnover and consistent service.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is not expected, but it is greatly appreciated when you are happy with the service provided. Some clients choose to leave a tip after each cleaning, while others prefer to give a larger tip at the end of the year.
If you leave cash as a tip, please make sure it is clearly marked as a tip. Tips may also be added to your credit card payment. Please note that 100% of all tips go directly to the cleaning technicians who perform the service.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe UAE public holidays and may adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly.

If your regular cleaning appointment falls on a UAE public holiday, we will contact you in advance to discuss your options and reschedule your service if necessary. For other holidays, your cleaning appointment will remain scheduled unless you request to cancel or reschedule it.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes. The initial cleaning may take longer than subsequent visits because our team takes the time to thoroughly clean your space and bring it up to our high cleaning standards. It also allows us to understand your home’s unique cleaning needs and provide more consistent service during future visits.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. However, it is completely up to you. Many of our customers are not home during their scheduled cleaning, while others prefer to provide access through a key or secure access method.
For added security, any access information provided to our team is handled with care and kept secure. If you have a preferred method for providing access to your home, please let us know when scheduling your cleaning.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We make every effort to send the same cleaning technician to your home for each visit. However, we cannot guarantee that the same technician will be available every time, as schedules and client needs may change.
If an alternate cleaning technician is assigned to your home, they will have access to detailed information about your cleaning preferences and requests. This helps us maintain consistency and provide the quality of service you expect.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. Once your cleaning has been completed, we will charge the credit card you have on file for the agreed service amount.
