Villa deep cleaning runs AED 790 to AED 1,190. The figure depends on property size, hours needed and whether we bring materials. Every price below includes VAT and equipment.

Priced on floor area, headcount and frequency. Daily evening cover for a small Business Bay or JLT office starts at AED 890 a month; one-off commercial cleans run from AED 25 per cleaner-hour. Retail, clinics, nurseries and warehouses are quoted after a walkthrough, usually the same working day.

What moves the price. Size matters less than clutter — a furnished 2-bedroom takes longer than an empty 3-bedroom. Condition is next: a flat cleaned monthly needs a fraction of the time one untouched since handover does. Frequency pulls the rate down, which is why the weekly package beats the hourly rate.

Why our prices sit below the Dubai average
The big Dubai booking platforms are marketplaces. They take a commission on every job, advertise heavily, and pass both costs to you inside the hourly rate. We are the cleaning company, not the middleman between you and one, so there is no commission layer in what you pay.
That is why we publish a price list instead of a quote form, and why this page prints the market rate beside ours. The saving does not come out of the cleaner: our teams are salaried in-house staff on Dubai residence visas with medical cover.
